That's not bad at all for your age. Like almost every person is going to more then likey say, we all devolpe at differnt rates so you could have a small penis at 15 or 16 but hit 17 or 18 and grow like crazy. So don't sweet it u ok. :)

everyone is different and grows at different rates, being only 13 a 6.5in dick is actually above average for your age so no, you are not small

The average range for adults is 5-7" so to be at 6.5 at your age is good going.

Nope, that's not small, you don't have to worry. We all develop at different rates so you're just fine.
