I'm cut but my friend is not and his is connected at the bottom but it looks natural. Umm the best way I can put this is if you know what a cut penis looks like the pull the skin back and if it looks like a cut penis then u are fine but if it looks abnormal then u might want to get this checked out.

Over time it will detach. Most uncircumcised males ask this same question... Just whatever you do, DO NOT PULL OR FORCE IT TO COME OFF OF THE HEAD OF THE PENIS! This will cause EXCESSIVE pain and bleeding...

Yes completely normal, where it is attached is sort of like a hinge. Everyones is attached in this way.

If what your talking about is what I'm thinking...
It's called a frenulum. When males get "stuff" down there pierced, whats one of the parts that can be... Don't force it, dont cut it... Google it.

dude, your fourteen... overtime everything will sort itself out. im uncut and i am 17, its still there and everything is working fine down under. like the above posters said, do not try to force it to break, rip it or cut it, it WILL hurt, i WILL bleed and and it will probably get infected

its just a little bit of skin to make the foreskin pull back up like an elastic. its fine and it will degrade over time.

Don't worry, it will detach itself, its part of puberty, your foreskin will always be attached to your penis if you are uncut, but during puberty the foreskin will detach partly
basically, your foreskin will come away from the head slightly and you will be able to roll it back and forth over the head.
Remember that this is another step of puberty, let it do it on its own!

if your implying that the frenulum will just go away during puberty then I'm afraid your wrong... the fenulum SHOULD stay throughout life (unless medical reasons)

No... He and i are refering to the actual foreskin. It is attayched yo the head of the penis when you are younger (and circumcised)... And will slowly detatch as you go through puberty... We are not refering to the frenulum

Google "frenulum" images, with safe search off. Does it look like that? Normal!
If not then you are talking about adhesions. They are normal in uncircumcised infants but I would have thought that by 14 you should have seperated naturally. You may want to ask your doctor if it worries you. Otherwise just ignore them and with normal masturbation they may eventuall go, just don't force.

if you mean some of the skin is still attached when its ment to be detached, like its still stuck on then it should come loose soon for you, mine didnt fully detach till i was 13 (im 14 now) and i started masturbating at 12.

it's not the frenulum it's the underside of the foreskin and it is connected to half the head of the penis. I can retract and expose all of my glans

yeah that's normal. The foreskin is actually fused to the glans at birth but as childhood progresses the foreskin and the glans gradually separate, a process that may not be complete until late puberty [got that from wikipedia :) ].
It will detach itself in time. I remember this happening to me at about 13 or 14 lol. I was worried and thought I had damaged something haha but yeah. it's all good.

Mine was like that, for ages it was attached to the little bit at the base of the glans all around it, i detached it by being in a hot shower and slowly stretching the foreskin and the glans apart, it took a few weeks but now they are completely detached. I found that using a bit of moisturiser helped ALOT. Allthough b careful coz if u do it too much it can really hurt.

OK
Just in case... If your frenulum does come off for some reason, I'd go to the doctors

the freenulum is a skin string which goes down to the foreskin connecting it to the glans. If this is on the side though, it should sort itself out. if not see a doctor
