i went swimming earlier and after coming out my penis was itching alot so i pulled my foreskin back and there was little white spots there!!!!what are they and what should i do?????

Was it like a flakey skin that you can peel off? I have this thing called smegma ot something like that and it is commonly found in uncut people but I'm cut and I have it. If you do have it is ok. This can not harm you or a sexual partner. The only problem for me is sometimes when I wank a lot, the skin under it breaks and I bleed or it becoms raw skin. Other then that you should be all set.

Or it could just be hair folicles. If they look like pimples then they might be hair folicles.

if there just under the head of the penis dont worry they are glans that make the penis sensetive. (make orgasims fell good). i thought i had a problem too when i first saw them but then found out what they were. you'll prob get more as you get older.
