Should I shave my belly button and chest hair? If I do will it grow back? I am 14. Also, do you have belly button/ chest hair?

I dont have very much, its all very thin and blonde still. Im not looking forward to dark hair up there. I would not shave it unless it is dark colored or stands out.

I don't have a whole lot and I'm 14 too. They say if you cut you hair down there it comes back thicker. I'm just letting mine be.

It is a personal preference as to whether or not you want to keep that hair as there is no right or wrong answer. The hairless look seems to be in vogue right now, but if you want to stay natural, then that is fine.
As for a 14 year old getting that kind of hair, it is hard to say whether or not that is normal as it entirely depends upon your background. I would say many 14 year olds from a Northern European, black, or East Asian background are going to be barechested and relatively hairless unlike someone with a South Asian or Southern European background as those folks tend to get hairy at a young age.
Your hair will grow back no matter what, and the only way to get rid of it permanently is through laser treatment which is not possible at your age. If you don't like body hair, then invest in a body hair groomer as it is the best and easiest way to quickly remove hair on your body.

I have a little bit coming up from my pubes, a "happy trail" of sorts. It isn't dark, and is thin. It's noticeable if you look right at it, but not really. I keep it. I dont have any chest hair though.

It's completley up to you... I am quite hairy in those places, I keep it so tht I look more manly in changing/locker rooms... :)
It's your choice, we can't make that for you

Yeah, it's totally up to you. I've got really light chest hair and a pretty light happy trail and don't really bother with either. If my chest hair fills in enough to really be visible, then I might start thinking about it.

Just do what you feel like. I'm pretty sure almost every guy has shaved once, at least to try it. Personally, I would NEVER shave mine, I'm too proud of it.
