They MIGHT give you pills for testosterone. But other then that no. And you're not a late bloomer. I have a friend who didn't start til he was 24, and another friend that started when she was 8. Different people. Different times.

this guy is right, you arent a late bloomer and they could give you testosterone or something like that, but it might not work.

getting testosterone probably wont do much, it is a hormone that has alot of other affects on the body OTHER than puberty, take bio in high school and you should find out

Well at least you have started, and I can understand you not wanting to talk to your parents about it. But you could still talk to your doctor if you're worried, I mean there's nothing to lose by asking about it is there?

Then it depends whether you prefer to just carry on as things are or to have a few moments of embarassment and maybe get some help. I can only imagine your parents would be understanding and not make a big deal but just be keen to give their support and help. Maybe a quiet word with your dad when you two are alone?

They might decide to give you testosterone but it might not work... Just wait and see, you might just like go BOOM and get thrown into puberty.

In theory, yes, there are treatments which can be given to speed up the process, but in practice you will not be able to get access to such medication unless you have a genuine medical need. The treatment, whose name escapes me at the moment, is the last resort for most people, and doctors are not keen on doing it unless a person truly has a defect which would prevent them from starting puberty on their own. Now if you honestly feel that you are not progressing at all, then you need to sit down with your Father and Mother and honestly discuss your fears no matter how embarrasing it is. After all, if you are a late bloomer as you have said, then I am sure that they have noticed your size especially if you are really small for your age. Nobody wants to talk to puberty with their parents, but you will find that they can be good resources as you never know if one or both of your parents were late bloomers themselves.
If this means anything, I had several relatives who were late bloomers, and it turned out their own parents started puberty pretty late, too. Those kids eventually caught up fast, and there was this one kid I remember from high school who did not start puberty until the end of junior year and who grew huge by the first year after high school. Personally, I would rather be a late bloomer as you folks at least know what is going on unlike a person who starts at 11/12 when puberty can be a real shock.

I don't suggest speeding up this pin in the ass process. It's best to just let nature take it's coarse man.

You CAN take hormone boosters, which kind of speed things up and make you grow quicker (not necessarily in penis size), but it's better to just let things occur naturally, instead of taking unnatural chemicals and pills and the like. Regardless of how late you bloom, you will bloom so don't sweat it too much.

I would wait it out. Even if you are a little on the late side, you aren't the only one.
Now, there is a simple test they have to make sure you're on the right track. Something along the lines of them taking an x-ray of your hand and comparing the bones in it to an accepted standard to tell them how you're doing developmentally. You could ask your parents to let you take that.
From there, yes, you could receive a little help on the doctor's end to speed up your process if he sees fit. But honestly, I think that you're doing yourself more harm than good in the long run. If I were to take the test at all, it would be just to know if I was having trouble, but I would hesitate to accept anything.
