that was a lucky baby, i heard in the news that the day before they had started a pram safety campaign.

Wow its stunning the baby even survived, but the mom was an idiot facing the pram towards the tracks and letting go.

if you watch she actually placed it sideways and its front wheel turned and then it started rolling

Yeah your right, it was sort of on a diagonal angle and the front wheel turned, then it rolled so it wasn't her fault.
