Hi, After I Finger My Gf, My Testicals Ache For Around 2 Hours. This Doesnt Happen After Masterbating, And Was Just Wondering If There Was Something Wrong ?

If I had to guess I'd say it's blue balls. It's kind of a crude term but it basically is the aching of you testicles when you are very aroused and have no orgasm. I'm not sure about the logistics, but it has something to do with built up sperm. Thus why it doesn't happen when you masturbate.

My guess is when you finger your girlfriend you are very aroused in the process yet don't get a chance to actually climax and cum. So what I suggest you do is after you do that, masturbate, and then things should be good. So no, there is nothing wrong with you :)

"Blue balls" is something to do with some kind of congestion. But if it is something that is overly painful, and causing you a lot of trouble it can never hurt to get checked out by a doctor.

It's basically having an erection or being aroused for a long amount of time and not having an orgasm. It's damn painful, I've had it a few times and it's hell. I remember cancelling plans to go out one night after I'd been with a girl, because I ached so much that I just wanted to lie down and go to sleep.
