penis head and foreskin question?

I'm 17, firstly when i pull back my foreskin when flaccid it rolls outwards underneath the penis head in sort of a pile of foreskin, is this normal? I think its because my penis head is small and has not grown a lot with my penis. i hope you understand what i mean, bascially my foreskin goes below the penis head and creates a roll of foreskin around the bottom of the penis head instead of going directly underneath it. Also the colour of my penis head scares me a little as most of it is reddish but the bottom of the penis head is purple, like theres a line of purple at the bottom in a different shade. Is this normal? Its been like this for a long time though. Will my penis head grow though, it seems inproportionate with my penis

yes you are normal on both counts. will you grow? depends on how much pubes you got, if you have alot you probably wont if you have few/none excpect more growth.

It's normal and it's supose to do that when ur flacid. It would be unusual to get it when u are erect
