So some people have it when they want to have sex, ejaculating too fast. I in my opinion believe that it comes from us/youth these days that want instant gratification while they masturbated before they've had sex.

This leads the body to think that it needs to ejaculate quickly therefore not lasting very long; so in turn my question is if, since we built these habits, we can break them..by not masturbating for a long time? I mean, it's like our body has built up a tolerance for long term sex, so if we don't do anything for a while wouldn't that lower the tolerance? Like when you smoke, if you don't smoke for a while you don't have a tolerance anymore.

Eh. it has to come out some way. if not through masturbation, then through wet dreams
so its not as if you would stop ejeculating

but i get your point, but then you have to ask yourself that if you were to abstain from masturbation until you first have sex then you may 'cum' quicker due to the lack of sexual stimulation.

nature built males to ejaculate fast so that we can move on to the next female, it's all about passing on our genes. we simply evolved to become monogamous.

its better to train yourself to last longer than simply stop masturbating. if you simply abstain then you will more like get over excited the next time your penis experiences pleasure be it from masturbation or sex.

That is true, but also the experience and sensation of sex is really very different to wanking on your own, so the timing of one doesnt exactly relate to the other. But certainly its best not to aim to be quick when your masturbating.

u cud argue the opposite and say masturbation promotes control, and stamina

and one is typically more likely to cum quickly after starving themselves sexually for a long period of time (from my experiences)

Agreed on both counts.
I don't think by not masturbating you will extend the time before orgasm. By practicing with masturbation you can develop more control over you sexual sensations and possibly improve the time you last during intercourse. If someone is cuming too quickly, they need to learn techniques to overcome that.
