Be careful when you do that... only go as far as you can before it gets painful.

If you can, pull your foreskin back behind the head get an erection then masturbate with the foreskin retracted. It helped me :D

i had that same problem and i just caried on as normal and pulled it right back when masturbating and it turned out fine(im sixteen aswell)

if you dont have problem or if its not painful to pull it back behind the glans or to push it back over, then you are normal :)
