You're probably full of adrenaline. Your body's getting itself pumped up because the brain is basically sending signals that the muscles are gonna have to work faster and stronger.

What kind of situations do you normally encounter? Stress, fright, excitement, what?

Yeah that;s probably too much adrenaline. Some sorta chemical buildup ... better to talk with a nurse or a doctor about it. I'm guessing it really isn't as serious as it seems but it's better to seek professional advice.

ok... Im scarred chemical build up? But im guessing it perhaps is because yesterday i was lifting half as much as im lifting today and its no problem but it was a problem to lift that yesterday and when you look at my arms it doesn't fit my body size they are huge compared to me now so im wondering if this is the problem.

i think so too when i get angry i lift weights since i have no other way and i dont stop till the vains in my arms are popping up and you see them starting to squeeze and my arms are pumped up so much i punch hella fast and it feels good but i have no use for it so i have to hit something like the wall because i want something tough that can take the hit but its starting to dent.btw i see your bob marley sign you Jamaican? I am XD

Well, depending on what kind of vitamins you are taking and what is in them, they could be causing it. Vitamins are a good thing to supplement your daily routine, but you have to make sure they're the right kind for you.
But whatever it's being caused by, you may want to talk to someone about this if it's something you're worried about. Perhaps you could bring it up with the doctor during your next physical, or maybe you could talk to your parents about it?

Well if they try to hit you often, that could be an underlying cause of your anger. Could be psychological rather than physical...
