Ya it's normal for us teens to get erections at just the thought of someone touching our balls, much less when someone is actually feeling your testes up. I too get a physical for school sports and worry about getting an erection. Your doctor is probably use to it and definitely understands it. Assuming he or she is a physician they treat boy's from a few years old to 18+ in some cases. All of which have gone/ are going through puberty. Trust me they have seen plenty of everything.

When I get my physical my doctor normally isn't down there for long enough to give me an erection. For me it's more of the thought preceding it that gets me going. How long does it take your doctor?

Last time I had a physical, I didn't have any real issue. The Doc reached inside my underwear rather than me pulling em down and honestly, just by keeping my mind clear and ignoring the whole process, I didn't have any embarassing situations.

Just remember that doctors have seen that kind of thing all the time, sure it's pretty embarassing for you, but for them, it's just a routine check up. Don't feel weird, or that you aren't normal, because it's a perfectly common reaction to get an erection when someone is fondling you down there. It's purely physical, not mental or emotional or anything like that, it's simple nerve endings.
