I was wondering if there is any difference before and after puberty to a guy's nipples. Do they get bigger, change colour, or what? Or is the different colours (lighter vs. darker) of nipples among boys because of some other reason?

Sometimes, they get bigger. Because fat deposits under skin during puberty, and sometimes teenagers begin to get big, feminine looking nipples.
