They don't taste much better than regular pancakes to me.

Well I'm not sure. In France you can get savory pancakes called galettes, which are made with buckwheat flour, those are fab and make a great lunch with a filling like ham and cheese, and you get sweet pancakes, made with flour, which are called crepes, and those are yummy too.

Well over here a pancake is just made from eggs & milk and has no flour in it

Yes, but my dad hasn't quite nailed down the recipe quite yet so their kinda good and getting better. :D

They are better than regular pancakes!
However I did find them drier than average pancakes.
