ok, so I really want to ask my closest friend if he would masturbate with me, but there's a problem.....he's Jewish. I don't know that much about the sexual beliefs of Jewish people, like if they would get shunned for "being curious"? He also has told me before that he strongly disbelieves being gay...i don't think what i want to do is gay, it's just curious...any advice? thanks in advanced :)

I'm not incredibly knowledgeable about the Jewish faith, but I think it's one of those things that is AT LEAST frowned upon, if not forbidden. If he says he's against gays chances are he may not want to do this with you, or he may just be saying that. I'd also so if he's religious, and if he follows Judaism, or if its just one of those things where his family is Jewish and he could care less. I'd be careful about this one, not because he's jewish, but to me the bigger factor is the homophobia or the un-approval of Gay People

Well, every person is different, and how every person practices their faith is different. Even religious people's curiosity can get the best of them...

yeah. I'm Jewish and it never stopped me but basically the act of doing gay stuff is bad but being gay isn't to most traditional Jews. there are some branches of modern Jews that will say otherwise, that it's fine to be gay and they even allow gay rabbis. it boils down to old vs new.

Well, if he's seeming to be that against homosexuality, then maybe asking him to do something like that could ruin your friendship, and potentially make things awkward for you guys. What I would suggest is to casually bring up the subject, joking around a lot, to kind of gauge his reaction to it, rather than flat out asking him. Being that forward seems a little invasive, and may take him off-guard.
