OK so here is my ordeal. My penis isnt really sensitive at all. I am circumcised and when ever I masturbate I need to use a plastic baggie of some sort and throw in some lube/lotion/etc... I cant jack off dry at all...cause I get no pleasure from it at all and when I don't jack off for at least a week I can do it with some spit( I do this when I go to my sisters) but anyways. My best friend is circumcised and he can do it with his hands dry or not dry. I am wondering if the doctors may have cut a nerve or something because this really is annoying whenever I masturbate with a friend..

Oh and also I have like some kind of like skin that I can peel off the bottom of my sack. It don't hurt and it isn't a cut or anything its kind of like when snake sheds its skin...could that be a clue to as why i'm not sensitive?

Everyone's different. I myself am not sensitive with no lotion. It takes me a really long time to finish. Your doctors didn't cut a nerve, just not that sensitive that's all, no big deal.

As for the skin thing, is it dry, are you peeling?

You can certainly try different techniques. As a general rule, uncircumcised guys tend to be a bit more sensitive 'down there' because the head of the penis is sheltered most of the time, so that makes it a bit more sensitive. Personally I'm uncircumcised and that's the way it is with me. You may just be a bit less sensitive. Try using lubrication more of the time and see if that helps.

You may just end up being a little less sensitive in that particular region. Try varying up your techniques, and if lube is helping then all the power to ya. But don't necessarily look at it as a bad thing! If you're less sensitive down there, then you'll probably be able to go for longer during sex.

You may need to moisturize the area, if it's peeling due to dryness, otherwise I'd consult some kind of doctor for an issue like that. The way you describe it as a 'snake shedding it's skin' makes me think that you are in fact losing a lot of dead skin, and it may be a problem? However, if it's not truly giving you any discomfort I don't really see a problem with it.

Like The3moons said, try jackinworld.com It has many different techniques that you can try. Just see which works the best. Some people can't go dry at all. I can only go dry, lotion doesn't really do anything for me, no clue why.

Put it this way, When you have sex anyway you have to have it wet, not dry. So if you prefer it to be wet when jackin' off.. well thats just personal preference and you don't have to be like anyone else. And I am also cut and can't jack off dry so that makes 2 of us. Everyone is different!

maybe u were cut tight so u dont have skin left, and ur friend was cut looser, so he can still move some skin up and down and get more pleasure.

i was cut recently, and i have the same problem as u, but i've found new ways to masterbate LOL :D
