Okay, so, every day I get these weird heachaches from an hour after I get up to an hour after I have dinner. They are in my forehead mostly and they are accompanied by: Dizziness, Tiredness, and pain.

I've been having them literally every day. I've been to the doctor and they said I had sinus problems so I went on this steroid and it didn't help.

I'm sick of these headaches anyone have the same problem?:(

Talk to your doctor about trying something else. I assume they've checked your blood pressure recently? It's pretty common for them to check that when you go in so I would assume that they have, but if not then it's possible for high blood pressure to be a factor.

I assume your doctor has already looked at the easy-to-rule-out options such as blood pressure, though, so the main advice I'm giving you is to just ask about trying a different drug or different treatment. Everyone's different, and not everything works the same for every person. You may just need to make an adjustment.

Yeah I get this problem too. I'm under the hospital for them, they call them tension headaches, they really are horrible. Go back to you doctors and ask if theres anything they can give you for them. :)

Yeah, my eyesight is perfect so it must be tension headache. I have an anxiety disorder lol so it fits. I will go to the doctor and see what they do. Thanks!

Well, hold on, the "from an hour after I get up to an hour after I have dinner" bit just clicked with me.

Are you eating breakfast, and what kind of lunch do you tend to eat at school?

tension headaches aren't located in the forehead. it's located at your temples. you know your prone to it if you apply pressure and you immediately feel pain.

There's alot of things that could cause you're headaches. Is there something particular that you do within an hour after breakfast and an hour after dinner? Like for example, Everyday after dinner/you get up you drink something with alot of caffeine in it? But you stopped? Because if that's the case, you could be going through caffeine withdrawal. If not, then it could be from stress. Stress is one of the most common causes of headaches. Also it could be from not getting enough sleep or a major change in what you eat.

u should check Whether the headaches are caused by the HBP or not, u should be placed on medication to lower his pressure. These medications are extremely safe and effective, with little or no side-effects.
