Warning-

This may sound horrible/stupid so i am sorry, but i am worried.

Right, i don't know how to explain this. but here goes!

Right, one day, i went to the toilet for a number 2.:P
Then, i notice my anal area had been been cut somehow...
(No i do not Anal masturbate/sex etc)
Then it started to heal and only happens rarely when i do go to the toilet.
It is rare now, so i think it may have just ripped naturally and healed.

Should i just let it heal, as it may have just gotten torn a little naturally?
Or should i do something else?

You know what the answer is really, you should ask your doctor about it. They wont be embarassed, its their job.

Cut, somehow? If you mean that you saw blood in the toilet, that can be a symptom of hemorrhoids. What that means, is that the veins in the lower portion of the rectum/anus are inflamed/irritated due to straining while having bowel movements. Internal hemorrhoids can cause you to have some blood in your stool. If you're often constipated, particularly around the time that this occurs, then this would be my first guess. It should heal up and go away on it's own within a few days. It's possible to have this externally as well, even at the same time, so if you're experiencing any pain while wiping, or sitting, that's also a common symptom (along with itchings). If that seems to fit the bill, then you're fine.

Otherwise, I don't see how you could sustain any sort of cuts down there without having any contact with the area outside of your usual wiping after using the restroom.

That seems to fit the problem.

It is an external problem and i just saw a small amount of blood when cleaning myself after wards...
Now, i hardly see any and seems to be going away!

Well if that is the case, i should be fine!

Thanks all.
