if God is the all powerful being, how could an angel with no will of its own stand up to God and become the devil???
it makes no sense, no offense but nothing in the New Testimate makes much sense either, there are alot of contadictions and stuff like that

No where in the Bible does it say that angels do not have free will.

even if they had a will, how could any of them rebel against their creator? wouldnt God keep them in check, and not let one angel become so evil that it created its home called hell, where peoples souls supposedly are tortured and burn for all eternity. why would God, who is the being that created heaven ever allow hell to exist!!?

For good to exist then surely there must be evil no???
and to do evil things is a choice
and choices come along with free will

God creates angels. Lucifer is most powerful/great angel. God says to angels their duty is to serve mankind. Lucifer does not want to serve man, Lucifer wants to serve God. God does not like this, and thus Lucifer is a rebel.

if you make a large amount of anything that has a free will there will be differences, thats why we have culture.

Contradictions are in everything we read, that is why you need to use your own interpretation on religious texts.
Anyway: In the bible there is no specific reference which says angles do not have free will, however there job is to do Gods will. Many scholars use the idea of an angel rebelling as "proof" of free will.

Well children have free will but will rebel against their parents. The fact that God is able to cast Lucifer into hell and bind him there may be his method of keeping him in check. Imagine a parent grounding a child.
Also it is God who created hell not the devil and it is God who has power and control over hell.

Do you have any biblical verse supporting the idea that angels have no free will? In fact, if an angel rebels, then it's pretty good evidence of free will existing because a heavenly creature (i.e. in god's domain) rebels against him.
There are contradictions in the New Testament although it depends how one interprets it. Bare in mind though, many literatures in life have contradictions.

In order to have "good", you must have "evil" because if you only have good, then how are you to figure out what is "more good" than just plain good? God is said to have made hell as a place for many things, one of them being for punishment because he is said to have allowed free will and when one allows things to have free will, then some of the things are going to rebel and some are going to do acts that one deems sinful.
If you look through the bible, god is rather jealous and somewhat infantile and sadistic at times, he's not an all wonderful god. This can serve as another possible reason for why he made hell, so people would obey him and worship him as their lord and creator.
I'm not sure how to answer your question of how angels can rebel because you seemed to have answered it yourself yet it seems you want an alternative answer. God can keep them "in check", however, you can only do this after they have disobeyed. If he gave them free will, then how is he meant to punish them before they did something? One could argue that him being all-knowing explains this, however, there are many passages in the bible were it shows god isn't all-knowing.

There is no such thing as good if you dont know what evil is. Then it has no meaning. Angels should have free will, if he controlled them then he would be a tyrant. Lucifer had a free will and he didnt want to serve mankind seeing them as inferior speicies he only wanted to serve God. and in a way he still does. If God judges people and send them to hell, Lucifer takes care of them. In my opinion he is still fulfulling his wants of serving God and hating mankind.
Angels are people who died or are Gods knights and company. They serve a person they dont live in fear of them or have their minds warped.

angels aren't people who died, they are separate from humanity. they were created to serve god.
god is a tyrant, why else would he create human beings who's life's goal is to worship him or suffer eternal damnation?
