Sorry, but there's no such thing. Everyone grows at a different rate, and there is such a large gradient, that there's really no "average".

well I don't know because it varies so much, do a survey on it or something. Also i had my first growth spurt about a year and a half into puberty, then had another one about 7months after the first one, and the growth spurts all together was about 9 inches.

There is no average growth rate, everybody develops at a different pace.

I don't know exactly but I'm in a growth spurt now and I'm 14. Other things happen too.

Actually there is an average growth rate because there always is for statistics sake. People do develop at different rates so don't take this as the rate you are going to grow at, it's only an average of males height and weight. This is what I found, Hope it helps - (Its not specifically during puberty but it's from 2 years to 20 years.)

I would not feel bad, and your question is a fair one. I agree with the post above by one of the moderators, and all I can add is that you really should look at your Father and/or older brothers (if you have some) as they really are a good model to predict how much you will grow. While you are unique and certainly will develop in your own way you can only go as far as genetics can take you. As a rule of thumb puberty is a four to five year process, and some folks experience a dramatic change at the beginning of puberty and gradually grow for the rest of it while others will very slowly but steadily grow. One way or another you should grow, but it is hard for anyone to say, even a doctor, on how much you will exactly grow. What you can do is eat right (www.mypyramid.gov), stay active in moderation, and stay away from drugs, tobacco, and alcohol especially while you are growing.
