im not a hundred percent sure but i think shes saying when you are horny do you leak ectoplasm from your vagina

Yes thats what she means I guess. :) You can normally tell when it's just leakage or natural lubrication, because it only happens when you feel very aroused.
As for other leakages, such as urine etc you wouldn't notice that much, but this you can normally feel happening but can not stop. Hope this helps in anyway :)

The globlet(?) cells which line the vagina secrete a lubricating mucousy-liquid in response to sexual stimulation or excitation, in order to prevent tearing during vaginal intercourse.

As well as this there is the female ejaculation, as mentioned above, which though not uncommon, I do not know how to understand.

Dunno really - but it could explain some things.

When you're horny your body secretes lubricant, through your vagina.

There is normal discharge, but that is often a tiny amount and you only find it as a whitish patch on your knickers.
