Here is whats up:
Ever since Middle School, I have not made near to none friends and when I do, they usually just fake it. People call me 'loner' and 'fat' etc.. and I don't no what to do, I don't trust anyone anymore and I'm going through years of abuse and loneliness and I'm always depressed, I go to the school councilers but they are full of crap, saying stuff like, make them a cake, or smile at them, please help, I don't no what to do....... =[

It sounds like you're going through a lot. I know it sucks, but it's a downwards spiral. The more you are the "loner" the worse the loneliness and depression gets. That being said, it's something that's hard to get out of.
All I can really think of to suggest is to improve your attitude about everything. Do whatever you can to make yourself healthier and happier. Eat well, get proper sleep, relax, and try and be happy and outgoing. Maybe if you appear more cheerful and outgoing people will be more likely to befriend you.
In order for that to work, you need to be around people who you like/who might like you. Try and find people who share similar interests, or have something in particular in common with you and maybe you'll make some friends. Until then, If you ever get too low, you can always come here. However, don't let distractions consume you when dealing with depression and loneliness. It only makes things worse (I know).
Regardless of what happens, don't give up.

Do the old standard join some sort of club with people you might like. Get involved with a church group or something and be a little bit more outgoing. It works and it will make you happier and healthier

Fight through it dude. Where you live? I've been to a lot of places in my short 8 years of school but I know how a lot of kids act.

The best thing to do is to ignore it, to make friends would be to join a club of some sort like a tennis club, chess club etc or as Justin said get involved with your church group they are probably wonderful people :)

I know how you feel. I moved from my friends to a new place and have only made a few friends. I basically observed the people that sit around me at school to see who I wanted to hang out with. Once I knew, I started talking to them, and took it from there. I agree with the other posters in that you should join a club, or a bowling league or something.
