I've been a fan from the beggining. It's the only horror movie with a plot it seems like.
Anyone else fans?
I can't want til part six, i'm gonna see it on a midnight when it comes out. So excited!

Yeah im a big fan myself but i can honestly see six being a dive i mean how far can they stretch this story?

I'm a big fan. But with six coming out, I can just see this being an astronomically epic FAIL.

As much a fan as I am, I think they've stretched the series long enough. They've made enough movies to make a boxset out of it. After the third, they agreed to do another three movies but that's not all. They've just agreed to make a SEVENTH movie. I'm a fan, but it's hard to be one when they keep making more of these movies.

I think the sixth looks pretty good, but when I herd that A number seven could come out i kind of got pissed off, and they also said it could be 3d. I'm pretty sick of the hollywood 3d stuff right now and that could ruin the whole saw series if they chose that.
But there is still a bunch of questions to be answered from movies 1,3, and 5- and i think they're finally going to answer them up in number six. Plus the fact the girl that was saw's first apprentice comes back in flashbacks for the sixth installment makes me excited. I'm sure 6 will be good, but 7 has to suck.

saw 1 was good, saw 2 was excellent, saw 3 was meh, saw 4 was blergh, and saw 5 was blergh! Saw 2 was easily the high point, one of the best horror films I ever seen, went down hill from there In my opinion. I'l still go see saw 6 though, just so if people ask me then yes I have seen them all when I slag it.

I thought it was cool how three and four took place at the same time-and the big shock at the end of number 4. And saw 5 really answered some stuff, and some people might call it the boring saw movie, but I thought it was pretty important to the series.
But I have to admit the first two were the best, number 2 was obviously what made the series really popular.
But Number six sounds real good. I'm hearing it's their best script yet, and the new traps are allot like number four, which excites me allot.

I don't see how anyone could see that Saw 2 was the high point. Im my opinion, Saw 2 was just a bit better than the first. I think that Saw 4 was really the high point, but I haven't seen number five yet, so I wouldn't really know.

I guess I'm weird that I didn't like the series. it felt like once you saw the first one, you've seen them all. : x

It does feel that way. They all seem to follow the same pattern.

1 is totally different then the other 5 in my opinion.

I only saw the first one, and from what I hear, it's the one that has a plot, and not only death traps.

all of them have plots.. but its divided into different movies...
but it is indeed a good one.

I know all of them have plots, I just think that in the others they care more about making the torture fun to watch than the story itself.

No saw 1 had a big part in saw 2-3 about how amanda played her part and set up her own games, and stuff.
i never seen IV but i did see V can't wait to see VI they agreed to make VIII (8) didn't they???

The last I heard, they signed on for a seventh and that would be the last one.

Excuse me for a moment, you terribly, terribly uncultured fool, as I go bash my head repeatedly against a piano to create a fitting symphonic ode to your ignorance.

It's the only horror movie with a plot? Have you not seen "A Clockwerk Orange" or "The Stepford Wives"?

i hate it, its been stretched too far, 3 was enough, not 6. they will probably make a 7.

I agree with some of you, the series has gone on too far, i was surprised when they did SAW 5 but a 6th? who will follow on the games now?

I've heard that there's 7, but yesterday I heard that if 6 sells well, they're going to be making 7 and 8. I actually really like the Saw films, they're very unique. I've seen them all except 5, I'll be going to see 6 as well.

Clockwork orange is not a horror movie in my opinion. It's more of a psycholigical film or satire. And yeah, i'm a fan of that movie and the book.

I love the saw films. As a lone film, 2 had to be the best, but as a part of the series 3 and 4 were the total bomb!!! It was awesome with the time frames and stuff. I don't particually like 1 though.... I found it to be quite slow moving. I can't wait to see 6 though. Even though, imo, the series isn't half as good now Jigsaws dead. :(
