I wish I had an answer for you but I'm thirteen too. My balls have dropped and my Penis size is around 4.5', 5'. It is still growing for me. Have your balls dropped? I'm guessing not because of your question.

Normal size would probably be about 4"-5". I'm 14 and have a 5.9"-6.1" penis when erect. Yes your testicles should've dropped by now, if not, you should consult a doctor.

there pretty much no such thing as average since it varies a lot, anywhere from 3" to 5" is what I consider average for that age, and that's a big window so u should be well whiten there. It can keep growing until your about 21, so don't worry if your on the small scale, u still have a lot of time to grow.
And there's no such thing as "balls dropping", just some name people on xbox live made up for the people who's voice hasn't deepened.

Anyway yeah there is no real average / normal size because if you set an average there would be people lower, people at the average and people that are bigger than it if you see where im going with this, anyway an average size would be 3"-5" as onemanarmy said.

Literally everyone develops at a different rate. I've had friends whos voices hadn't changed until they were 15, and penis sizes vary SO much, especially during puberty (when you're not even done growing, so why worry about it) that you're normal regardless of your current size.

Well, I would say average size is 4-5 inches. But it's different for everyone so don't worry, you have plenty of time to grow. I'm 14 and my penis is around 5.10 inches when erect.

Sorry to say this, but that's not the most well informed answer ever. Most boys will have started puberty before age 14, some wont. The average adult erection size is from 5-7 inches, so for 13 year olds its going to be smaller because very few 13 year olds will have finished developing "down there". It will vary enormously because guys will be at different stages of puberty, but anything from 3.5 - 5 is probably a normal sort of range at 13

Don't start until 14? I'm 14 now and well into puberty. I don't think I'm an oddball either bc I'm pretty much on track with most of my friends

oh yeah.... I'm 14, but at 13 I was in the 4.5 inch range

boys start puberty from as early as like 8... but yes there are early and late bloomers..

Average for an adult is 5-6", so average for a 13yo could be anything... 4-5" I'd say.

Your balls should have dropped or they should soon. There really isn't an "answer answer" to your question because everyone is different. But I'm 14 and I'm 7.2-7.5 when erect.
