What you should do is trim the hair as short as possible, and then take a shower or use a hot towel to soften the hairs, thus making them easier to cut and making everything just a little smoother down there. A big no no with shaving your pubes is to not use a razor, because they're apparently really inefficient at shaving pubic hair, but for a lot of guys that's their only option so I don't know what you'd prefer to do. Anyway, use a shaving cream for sensitive skin, because regardless of your overall skin health, it is sensitive down there. And always shave with the grain, because otherwise you're making yourself more prone to ingrown hairs and other unfortunate happenings, haha. Be sure to take your time too, you don't want to knick yourself, because that can make things very uncomfortable. If it gets itchy, don't use baby powder, because baby powder tends to contain asbestos which can be an irritant to your pubic area, try using balla powder instead. If these tips weren't enough (and I can't imagine they would be) look up some techniques on websites, a really good one being:

shave it, trim it, leave it - it's up to you - there are no health implications just what is comfortable for you.

There's no should about it, its just personal choice. If you dont like having it shave it. Personally I prefer the natural look, its part of growing up really. But its your choice.

There's really no reason to shave other than personal preference. If you choose to, great, but don't feel pressure. If you do shave, follow his advice:

hey its up to you! its your perogitive. i would recommend trimming at first. Shaving? well most guys try it once decide its annoyingly itchy or weird looking. but i would wait to do that one. not until you get experiance with shaving oyur face.(kinda the same thing) be careful when you trim to not cut your self.
