k this isnt an eating disorder, but I've no clue where to put it, well last year I was homeschooled, so I had no oppurtunities to excersize, so my calfs got like, really huge, and I gained about 15 pounds, now Ive managed to drop 4 pounds, and my chest and stomach have lost mass, but calfs are so freaking huge, I'm embaressed to wear shorts! I diet by only drinking water, eating healthy food and staying away from sweets, but my calfs just wont shrink, what should I do?

Well dieting on its own wont cause dramatic weight loss
you need to exercise aswel
and that doesnt mean hard core excercise maybe an hour walk or so each day
after a while itll make a difference it wont work immediately but keep at the exercise and youll find that the excess pounds should start going

maybe if you have a dog go take it out for a loong walk everday?
or maybe go for a jog or out riding your bike with your friends if you have one

Dieting won't always help that much with weight loss. You also need to make sure you get enough exercise. If it's your calfs, I would highly suggest running or any other type of vigorous exercise that involves a good amount of time using your legs, such as jogging, running, jumping jacks and the like. Try to get about an hour a day of exercise, drink plenty of water, stay away from sweets and eat healthy foods. In no time, you'll be losing some of that calf fat.

Yeah running jogging or just in general using your legs alot will get rid of it. eat right and drink right and you will be fine

You need to start exercising as well. Like others have said. Start off with a slower walk, walk for an hr to and hr and a half. Then go to speed walking, when you feel comfortable enough, try doing a part walk part jog. Then go to jogging. Just slowly work your way up to it. It will take a while, but in the long run it could help.

Also try and do lunges, and maybe go for bike rides? Both of these could help out with your calfs.

Basic dieting won't do much for your calves. You need to go about and do exercises that use the calves, such as jogging or doing a certain sport, such as football, soccer, tennis, etc... .

you got to exercise, do some laps or ride a bike. dieting on its own wont do much.

I agree with the previously stated, but just a suggestion, if you bike or run or walk, run for 5 minutes, then walk backwards for 5, then run 5 again, and the same for a bike (assuming its stationary) this really tones the calves.
