Well, it doesn't sound too too serious. I would say watch it for a day or two and until then just use plain warm water to wash the area. Just give give it a day or two.:)

I agree with tweety, if you are that worried though, see your doc. Tell him you need to speak to him in private, he will respect that

This situation could have its roots in a couple of things, and one thing I would most likely rule out is STDs as handjobs usually don't lead to that. Sometimes all it takes is for something as simple as an allergic reaction such as to a new laundry detergent or new clothing item to cause you to break out into such spots. However, I am going to be frank with you here that for the problem you describe you really should see a professional as without actually seeing your problem none of us can give you definite advice. With skin problems you don't want to mess around, and it is better to treat such ailments early on than later.
What I would suggest you do is tell your Dad and Mum that you have a rash on your thighs and that you are concerned and want to talk to someone about it. Obviously, once you get into the examination room, then have your doctor see the issue. I know bringing up this issue is going to be awkward, but you really kind of have to do this because only a professional and ascertain this type of problem especially since it is so unique.
