Yes to your last question
Comfort? Can't give it - if you want to live good you have to help yourself
EDIT: Of course there are days like that - unexplained fear, anxiety etc... But you sound to be past ''just a bad day''

Hmmm...
A few questions,
Have you felt like this before?
If so, how often?
Have there been any traumatic
events that could have frightened
you lately?
About your dreams,
Were you sexually abused at a young age?
If so how often?
What did you do about it?
I understand that these are personal questions, if you would feel more comfortable sending me the answers in a PM, feel free to do so.
Until then, the best I can do is: Push through, think about all the good days you have had in life. Think about how you were when you were just a little kid with your parents, and think about how it would make you feel to be in their shoes. Think about what it would do to your parents and friends if you did it. Please don't go that far, hold on, and push through.

Deadpie, maybe its the drugs you are taking. Try quiting and seeing a doctor about them. Go to group meetings, or try to find a therapist. If you refuse going to see a professional than you can talk to me. I love helping people. Plus I have felt this way before. Probably not as bad as you but terrible. Please talk to me. I am almost always on AIM, MSN, or my email. I'm sure that you can find my Email in my profile.
