Morality problems are the hardest to answer around here as everyone's standards really do vary. There is no right or wrong answer here, but what I can say is that any sexual relationship can complicate friendships. The big problem I can forsee is if two of you end up falling for the same person as love triangles are really, really messy. Also, simply having sex to loose your virginity is really not the best way to have your first sexual encounter. It really should be with someone for whom you care and with whom you want to share your body. Based upon what you are telling us my concern is that your first time is going to be like an orgy really. Sex the first time is hard enough with two people, and it is going to be even harder when you have three folks involved.

If you think you're emotional ready, then sure. I lost my virginity at 15, and I wish I had waited.

It's fine to want to lose your virginity, but you need to first think of the consequences that can happen. Even if your wearing a condom, there is still the risk for contracting a STD (If you're friends have any), or the risk of the girl getting pregnant. You're 14. Are you willing to take the risk?

Hey if i were you i'd consider this:
sex is kinda against the law if you, of any of your partners, are under sixteen.
sex is an act of love and if you don't REALLY love all these people i wouldn't do it.
dont have sex for the sake of having sex yeah people lose thier vaginity really early, but they regret it.
