I'm pretty sure they can't. This goes for both genders because there are other ways that you can break your hymen (for females).

Well an STI is a bit of a give away, but apart from that, no

Not unless you tell them you have.
As said above, STI's / pregnancy are giveaways

A doctor would have a relatively accurate idea with a girl, not with a boy though.

I think the important point is that, unless your doctor happens to be a pervert, they wont even think about it. If you come in to them with a problem where being sexually active is relevant then thats different, but otherwise really wtf.

There is no way to tell on a male whether he's had sex, besides his very fanatic expression if he just had sex lol

The only important thing here is that we don't have a 'banging my head against a concrete wall smily'
Why would you even ask a question like this?
And as has been said before.. No he can't

Can the doctor tell you have lost your virginity?
The others have answered your question, and there is really no way a doctor can tell unless you have a STD or you tell him/her.
I know this is not the question you had asked, but if you are sexually active, then I suggest you be honest with your doctor. Your parents will not find out, and at your age a doctor is not going to be keen on having your parents in the examination room with you. Doctors can provide you with advice on safe sexual practices and potential warning signs for problems. Also, you never know when you might need medical attention for a sexual issue, and having an open relationship with your doctor now can make things so much easier down the road should you have an issue or need a STD check just in case your partner demands you have one before doing anything sexual. Doctors are there to treat you and not to judge you which is why one has to be honest with them. Some problems which occur in medicine is when patients are not completely forthcoming with details which sometimes results in treatments not being the best options.

Basically sums it up. Doctor's have no reason to ask you unless the problem you've presented to them is one dealing with your reproductive organ.

Simple answer no, to stop everyone asking. People have said STD's and STI's but other than that they cannot (except maybe hymen female however this can simply be broken while masturbating)

Well, normally no. Unless you're pregnant or have STD, then I'm pretty sure they'll be able to tell.
