So, yea, I haven't logged on here in forever and decided to upload one of the random pictures I made with the stylus I got for my computer a couple months ago. I'd love to hear about your opinions and how I can improve. [Please keep in mind, I only got it about two months ago, so I really don't have it completely under control yet. Lol] Personally, I think I should have done more with her hair, because it makes the head look flat on the top, but I guess I'll worry about that later. Thanks for your opinions and comments!

I think the color difference in her skin/earfur could be smothed a little more.

Lol, I tried to smooth it better but the program I was using wouldn't let me do it... =/

Maybe take it into a different program to smooth it after you make it? I think it's really cool though. :P you got the shadow in the right place

Neck is rather wide for a manga drawing.

My proportions are horrible when I'm drawing on the computer...... because it's much easier on paper, so yea... Lol. The neck, as well as the rest of her body is slightly larger than it should be, compared to the size of her head.

Yes, but I only got it recently, so I'm still having alot of trouble with getting everything to look right, like it would with a paper and pencil... Lol... =/

Ahhh. And what program are you drawing in? If you give it time, soon you'll be doing a lot better on your tablet than on paper. :3

Technically, the program I was using should be able to blend the colours better, but I couldn't get it to do it like I hoped...

I was using Corel Photopaint 12 lol. I still don't have it completly down yet... However, the proportions, etc. of the pictures I draw on paper now are a little better, because it's alot harder to draw with a tablet, and the pictures don't seem to lean to one side or the other as much as they used to... Idk.

You should try out Paint tool SAI, it's fantastic for drawing. I mean, there's a free trial on it... but it's not too hard to get around that if y'know what I mean. >>;
