OCD???

ok i was wondering if what i have is ocd
when it comes to doing certen things i have to do it in a erten order or it no get donee and i get pissed off.
like when i get ready for school i place cloths out to wear in order i put them on and then place them on
i pack and unpack my 2 before school
and when i am at home i wash my hand so much
and when i am at school i tell all of my teachers that i need to go to the toilet so that i can spend 10 to 15 minutes washing my hands

It is potentially OCD. But, I am no doctor, so I cannot diagnose it. Your behaviors seem like typical OCD, but I would see a doctor if you are thoroughly concerned.

IT does sound like you do have OCD, but I can't be 100% sure of it, as Vindication said go and see a doctor about it :)
