I suffer badly with hay fever, it seems to get worse every year. For me it starts early, around the middle of March, and lasts through until October. If I'm lucky I can take a break from the anti-histamines from November-February.

Today for example, October 1st, if I go outside I can barely breath. Well not through my nose anyway, and I'm so short of breath its not true.

Just wondering who else gets hey fever, how much of the year does it affect you, and how bad are your symptoms?

Well maybe, it would be unusual for it to make you feel cold, although it can certainly make you feel as if you've got a cold.

If you think you may get hay fever definitely tell your doctor because the anti-histamines and nasal sprays that I have on prescription help a lot. Its bad even with them but would probably more-or-less incapacitate me some days without them.

One of the give away symptoms, although its not the same for everyone, is if you have to sneeze as soon as you go outside on a sunny day.

I get it very bad. I take allergy tablets and they work very well. An asthma inhaler helps me too.

I get it during summer usually when I first go out, my nose gets all itchy and tears usually come out my eyes.

Don't take anything for it since it only seems to affect me when I first go outside in the mornings and rarely in the afternoons.
