I think i mentioned it in another post, about the friend who said she hadn't seen me this happy in a while? Well she was right, along with the friend who backed her up. They both are. I have been happy this week. But ever the pessimist. I know its not going to last. It never does. With me its always, as another friend discribed it, hot then cold, one minute i'm happy and the next i'll snap at anything. Or like recently, i'll be miserable for a few weeks, then be happy for a week, then go back to being miserable. I know its not going to stay, I know myself far too well now. They've all seen the happiness in me again, so they are obv gonna know when my mood sinks again. Gah. I have to admit, i'm getting bored of this. Why can't I just be one or the other. Its alot easier than having a mood and personailty thats changeing every 30 seconds.

If you're really determined that you are going to be happy and positive, then nothing is going to stop you.

Whenever you feel like you're going to "snap" just take a deep breath, calm down and think of something positive.

My best advice to being happy is to lose inhibitions and be silly and childish with your friends. Games like "teeth" are soooo funny.

PM me if you want to know how to play it, it takes a while to explain, but is SO FUNNY!

Your right, it may not last, next week you get be in just of a bad place you were. Where's the silver lining in this, well you really have to look, I can come up with two.

1. You were happy for a week, isn't that improvement from constant bad moods? Maybe next time it will be two weeks? It could keep progressing, you don't know. Try and detach yourself from your thoughts for a bit, attempt to relinquish control of your negative thoughts, as hard as it may be.

2. The night is darkest before the light of the morning, if you're in a cycle, you'll feel better again.

I know you're sick of it, but maybe try and get in a better mindset, it'll take a while, especially if you're as pessimistic as I am, but just try and focus on the thought that you could have a good day any day now. =D

Good luck!
