is there just something in the personality? Is it how they teach?

i usually decide by how the teacher's personality goes, i believe in a really nice teacher but firm enuf to give u a detention, my english teacher is amazing nice n stuff but shes still a good person i respect from the way she teaches, idk if that makes sense but yeah....

I decide partially from their personality but more so on their behavior and what they do. If they say they'll do something in a certain way and they end up doing it and consistently perform up to or beyond the expectations, then that puts them in good light for me. Also, for their teaching, I look at how much of what they say is from the textbook and how much is from their own understanding. I've had a few teachers who were boring at times, however, they provided excellent insight but were just monotone. I've had other teachers who were spontaneous and exciting, however, they pretty much just said what the book said. If the teachers directly contradict what the book says and cant explain why there's a difference, then I lose some faith in them. If the teachers are asked some questions and even if the questions aren't too hard (i.e. ones that other students could answer) but the teachers are stumped, then I lose faith in them. So overall, it's a mix of their behavior, actions and knowledge. I put less emphasis on how they teach because some teachers are quite intelligent for a high school teacher just they're not that great at keeping most of the class awake.

Usually its the way they teach. Trustworthy teachers are the ones who make you want to learn, get you interested in the topic and can have a laugh but at the same time still keep the class under control. They are basically teachers who just ACT trustworthy and friendly and sound!

in their personalty and teaching methods. if they are nice and teach a lesson that is fun they are trustworthy. but it is up to you to decide if they are trustworthy or not.

When they say they will do something, then they do it straight away. When they can't do more to help you :) Hopefully i'll be like that.
