i run short distances for extended periods of time(basketball), and when i play baseball, i run short distances mostly. im second base lol. so in both of my sports i dont really need to be able to run a mile, i just neeed good endurance.

i've ran 7 miles before in around 40 mins but now i train for speed, sprinting as fast as i can for one minute then slow down to a jog for a minute and repeat. if your looking for endurance then you should just keep a steady paced jog for long periods of time.

Melara that's a nice time, when I did cross-country for half a term I got like 1.6k (roughly a mile I think) in probably about 6 min? Just a guess, but I used to run like 3.5 miles in like 19 mins lol.
