White like "pimples" on my testicles

Most likely ingrown hairs. Not much you can do. i have them too.

Ingrown hairs or hairs that haven't grown yet. Lot's of guys have them, it's not a big deal.

These could be not only ingrown hair, but so-called 'pearly penile papules'. Those are tiny, harmless little cysts on the penis. Nothing wrong with either. They're normal. As long as they're not causing you any pain or discomfort, I wouldn't worry too much about it.

This question has been asked so many times, I'm acually getting tired of answering it. But good chance they might jsut be hair folicles. Or they could be pimples.

They are normal, and called cysts. They are very common among males.
