Precum is clear liquid that is produced when you are aroused. It makes your 'head' slippery ready for sex, and it clears your tubes out aswell. Precum is clear and there is usually not much of it. Cum usually has bits of white in and there's alot more of it. You usually orgasm when you cum too, thats how you know you're done lol

Pre cum clears the urethra of any fluids (like urine) and is generally a lot more watery than cum. Cum generally comes out (no pun intended) when you orgasm, and tends to be much thicker and more opaque.

Precum just seeps out a bit when you're very aroused and horny. You dont need to be touching yourself or anything, it can just leak out anytime you're horny enough. To cum you need an ejaculation which will normally happen when you orgasm jacking off or in a wet dream.

This question has been answered so many times, please check the forums before you post. I'm going to use some correct terms so there's no confusion.
'Pre-cum' is fluid that is secreted by the Cowper's gland (located just below the prostate) when a man becomes aroused. It serves to luricate the glans penis for penetration. The amount of this fluid that a person produces can vary greatly. For some, it is barely noticeable, whereas for others, it seeps out throughout an arousal period.
'Cum' is semen, the fluid that dribbles or shoots out when a person ejaculates. Semen is usually a thick, milky-white fluid, but the thickness and color varies from person to person. Semen is the fluid that carries sperm. 'Cum' is also a term used for having an orgasm, which is the rhythmic (usually highly pleasurable) contractions of the pelvic muscles which happen during ejaculation.
Hope this helps!

Precum is a natural lube that your penis creates. For some people, it may also be an indicator that you are going to orgasm soon.
