no he hasn't done anything eles except for out of the blue deciding he should tell me to stop smokinh weed (he used to be my dealer and i've smoked with him) and he said if he sees me at teh weed march (i'm going with my sister) then he'll punch me out (because then i can't tell cuz my dad will know i went)

I've heard that smoking weed is ok unless you do it in mass amouts. My dad was adicted, and that's part of the reason he's in New York.

Don't instruct him on any tips to deal with anger managment. People say to me "ok, ok zack, take a deeeeeeep breath". It ticks me off :P

DON"T GIVE UP ON HIM. I say don't be nice to him too fast and out of the blue, but just try to stay out of his way, and then leave him a little note or tell him that you care about his feelings. Ask him how his day was.
Stay with him all the way, and when he hits you again, ask him why. He then might go to his room and think about it, and just leave him alone at that point. Let him come back to you.

Like he said, keep strong. The dope may be the problem. It's destroyed two people I know; my uncle and my best friend. Then again, no one likes being given up on. Two be completely honest he sound slike a total jackass but maybe he just wants someone to talk to. After all, nobody likes the feeling that everyones given up on them.

take legal action. Protect yourself from him. Get him in major trouble for sibling abuse. There are all kinds of loopholes you can snag him in. Find out your options, hit him harder then he hit you, with facing some major penalties.

Also, don't ever let him hit you again. Next time he hits you, you hit him with a bat. There is no reason to take it. Knock him out next time, you have every right to defend yourself.
