personally no but i know that there are other people it all depends on how young you start to have sex and how old you are when you start to cum, so you might have had sex earlier than most or you cum later than most it all depends dude
but either way theres nothing wrong with u

Might help, might not. Your body matures at it's own rate. Just be cool with the fact you don't cum at the moment and that eventually you will.

It most likely is just you still going through puberty. No worries.

To answer precisely the question: no, I don't think there are many such guys - most have their first sexual intercourse when they're advanced enough in puberty to ejaculate.

Now, if you were asking "who here was in such a situation?", then I can answer: I was. For a little more than one year when I was 16-17, I had regular sexual intercourse with my girlfriend while not being able to ejaculate.

A big word of advice: just because you can't ejaculate yet shouldn't let you forget the basics of contraceptive and anti-STD measures! For one part, you cannot guess when you'll start producing semen, so your first ejaculation may happen during such a relation; and second, sperm is not the only way to transmit a STD - blood is another, and small scars can always happen.

The feelings were roughly similar when I was having dry intercourse than now. One huge difference was that back then, I had virtually no refractory period, so during a session, it was common for me to come several times, both during foreplay and the act itself. A few weeks after my first ejaculation, I became unable to stay hard after an orgasm, so it definitely changed the way we had sex with each other.

As long as it causes no trouble with your partner, then go on with it! It feels just as nice for both partners - and chances are very high that at your age, you're doing it for the pleasure and not with the plan to have children :).

Generally speaking my feeling is that if you're too young to cum you're rather young to be having sex. There may be some exceptions like yato has described above.

His point that you could get taken by surprise and have your first ejaculation inside the girl is an important one, so even if you're not worried about STI's some form of contraception is still a must.

I doubt that they would have the opportunity considering most males can cum by like 13... so they would have to be pre-teen/young teen to not be able to cum.
