In my debate class we have to find real stories about teen drug abuse and rehab situations and i thought what a better place to find info about this topic than here. if you would like to share your story about how drugs and or rehab has had an affect on your life.

Okay I have a few stories for you. One of me. And two of my friends. One of my cousin.


My first story involves marijuana and alcohol. As do most but here we go.

Last February I was hanging out with my friend at his house and we were gonna be home alone for several hours. So we busted out the alcohol and drank alot. 20 shots for him. 10 for me plus half a plastic red cup of vodka and coke. PLus rum, whiskey, and gin for me. We basically were very drunk. I was very dizzy and we ate alot of food. I was in the bathroom taking a leak and he started screaming my name. I had to run to him and he was saying how he didn't feel good and this was a horrible idea and how we have to call his parents. Take in mind we are both intoxicated. So I'm slapping him and taking the fone from him and he runs to the sink and throws up. And while he does this I have his fone and am drunk dialing my friend Kylie who I talk to for an hour. So because of this i ruin a relationship since i talked to her friend who knew my cousin and the girl iw as going to date and told her i flirted with her and was drunk. And we didn't get caught. But his parents recently suspected something now and heres story two.

My friend's older brother takes medicine for a medical condition his cousin had. His cousin drank alcohol and died. My friend doesn't have this, his brother does. So me, my friend, and his brotehr do smoke weed. Recently he got really high and did something he doesn't normally do. He got into a huge fight and yelled at his parents and ran away. They knew he was high. He also drank in college and couldve died. They think because I oovoo with him alot that I'm a drug dealer and I drink and stuff. Also he smoked salvia, a legal drug, that brings you on trips. he had a trip he saw his dead best friend who was smoking so 30 ciggs at once. This basically made him jump into the pool to try to save his friend who was drowning in blood. His friend Pete saved him.

Third story. My cousin has been smoking since he was 8 because he lived in new york. he lives near me now like 10 minutes away. He does so many drugs, the ones i know are weed and coke. He is 18. I was like 12 and i walked into his room found a bag of white stuff, knowing what it was i was curious, so i took his pocket knife, opened it, snorted it, poured the rest into the toilet and flushed it. Pretty witty huh? I was so messed up it wasn't funny. He smokes weed in his room daily and his parents don't care. he did graduate high school and i think is going to collge. But his parents gave up. Bongs in the open. Everything in teh open. Drinks openly. Smokes ciggs.

And my friend Matin spent 8 months in rehab due to all different kinds of drugs and partying. He's straight now.

Me? I still smoke occasionly but ciggs and weed only. I hope this helps. It took forever to write.

[Lost and Confused1]

Heres one story.

My brother used to do drugs. Non stop. He was a high school drop out, and wasn't working. We used to see him EVERYDAY high. I don't think I saw him when he wasn't high.

My mom and dad finally sat him down, told him that he had to stop, or find somewhere else to live. Sooo, he then went and got help. Now, I don't think I could tell you the last time he smoked pot. I'm so proud of him! :)

Here's my first story.

About 3 months ago (June) me and my buddies were hanging out and my friend, lets call him Friend 1, busts out a huge bag of pot. He suggests we smoke it and pulls out a bowl and rolling papers. Well, I've smoked before and I liked the feeling so I agreed. Well we start smoking having a good time, when (I'm pretty sure this is how it happened) my friend starts running towards the woods. Its like 8:00 at night and he had the pot so we followed him. Well turns out that wasn't such a good idea. Not only did we get lost but we also were scattered. The next day I woke up looking around having no clue where I was, with one of the biggest migraines ever. I mean EVER! I found my friend with the pot laying against a tree a long way away where I found myself... Everything in the bag gone. I'm not going to lie that must have been 20 g's and we smoked it all in one night. Disgusting. I mean disgusting. My other friends were either wandering around or sleeping next to a tree. Turns out we wandered so far away that we were a town over. We got in so much trouble with our parents I quit right then and there.

Story 2:
I also Drank a little bit and during the School year got carried away and started Binge drinking with my friends. Near the end of School my friend comes in with a bottle of water. Well it wasn't water. It was liquor. He put it in my locker without knowing and literally got locked in a closet by my Vice Principal until I told him where I got it from. Not only did my friend get expelled but I as well got in a lot of trouble. This is a lesson to all of you. Drinking in school is a terrible thing to do.

These are some really bad memories. I really hate thinking back to them but I thought maybe this would help.
