Hi guys, Im 18 and theres this girl i really like. I met her on holiday and she really is perfect, however she is only 14..

We have arranged to meet up again quite soon, she lives about 2 hours away from me. We both really like each other and want to do different sexual things together. Is this something i should avoid doing ? or go ahead with whatever .. as long as she feel's comfortable with it of course ?

I'd say it isn't right. Technically you are an adult and she is a minor, it probably isn't right. Yet, I can't stop love, if you love her then I don't know it all comes down to what you decide.

its illegal. believe me. i dated a 19 yr old just this year.. he went to jail. we did have sexual relations. so yes. u can get in major trouble. i'd stay away from it.

however. once the underage child turns 16, the adult canNOT get in trouble as long as she says she was willing. i would wait til she turns 16, if she cares for you, she MIGHT wait.

yeah. alot of girl are older looking. i had a girl tell my frind she was 17 and she was only 13! they did things & he was a guard at a prison.. he lost his job, his life, everything. went to jail for a really long time too. its sad what girls will do&the pain the will cause just to be noticed. & loved....

there is a HUGE difference in the way an 18 yo thinks compared to a 14 yo...i'd stick to being friends until she's like 18 or older....

When I was 14 I had an 18 year old boyfriend who lived about 2 hours from me. I was DESPERATE to have sex with him, but he made me wait. It only lasted until I was 15 though.

Technically speaking it's illegal now, and any sex while she's under 16 will class as statutory rape, and actually current Uk law - c'mon, you should know this - is that anyone over 18 cannot legally have sex with anyone under 18. That doesn't stop most people though!!

Just make sure you're careful and take things easy - you could very easily change her and affect how she is in relationships for the rest of her life.

m8 im afriad to says iilegal an dit carrys quite a heavy jail sentence as u 18 and she still under the legal limit i mean when she is 16 i would say yes u could do sexual things with her but atm im afraid its iileagal.

Well yeah its illegal, but who's gonna press charges? If you really care about her, then its obvious you will want to develop a deep sense of trust with her and her family, and so you wouldn't likely get into trouble about it.

i think her parents may find it sick and wrong that an 18 yrold is getting involved with their 14yr old daughter and they will press charges

But it's what teenagers DO.

My parents really liked my boyfriend, and my mum gave me the best piece of advice i've ever got about sex which was "don't let your hips or heart decide, only ever let your head decide if you are ready"

They liked him because they got to know him and his family, and it was clear he doted on me but was kind and sensible enough to be trusted with me, and me with him.

If her parents really find it that sick and wrong, they have obviously forgotten what it is like to be young and "in love"

Thats different though, those girls are not minors. When your 18 your an adult when your 14 your not. Its illegal for adults to have sex with minors.

LEGALLY, yea, it would be pretty wrong if you were caught doing crazy stuff with her. It all depends if whoever caught you decides to flip out and press charges. Shes a minor, your not. Legally, your an adult. And its pretty hard to tell the difference between "love" and "I want to have sex with that girl." And my PERSONAL opinion is that it's wrong to have sex unless your REEEEALLLLYY involved with them and have been dating a while. You said you've only known her since the holidays, that's not long.
