Ok. In my sig I have a link to my diary, but it's a clickable image :D
If you want to know how to make an image clickable follow this short guide.
1) Take an image (I'll use google)
http://www.google.com/logos/11th_birthday.gif
2) put the BB code for a url around those
3) at the first url put
4) now your image should be clickable
[url=www.google.com]http://www.google.com/logos/11th_birthday.gif (www.google.com)
