The inside of my right wrist has been black and blue for few weeks. I'm not intentionally doing anything -- i think it's the metal bit on my bracelet(s) -- and it doesn't hurt much.
a little pinch is leaving marks on me. The other day i had a huge bruise on my chest about the same size as the smallest part of my fist (granted, my nights have been really bad lately, so i could have hit myself while half asleep). I've never had this before.
Is there any reason why suddenly I would be getting bruises all over my body.

Hmm you probably need more iron in your diet. Or you could have a bleeding disorder.

I had the same problem when I was little(I was anemic)
Now I take iron pills and it doesn't happen as much.
Ask your parents(if you can) to get you iron pills, and see if theres any difference.

anything with iron in it that ISN'T red meat?
i'm willing to bet that if this is simply an iron deficancy it's because I have to be forced to eat anything related to a cow

I regularly get anaemic, not to any serious degree though.
I'm a vegetarian, go figure.
I'd seriously recommend getting some iron tablets, they don't all taste dodgy, the ones I take are just general vitamin pills with a bunch of iron in as well and they don't taste of anything. Try looking around until you find some that work for you, they help a lot :)

Talk to your doctor before taking supplements. You shouldn't need to take any supplementary vitamins if you have a healthy diet, so check things with your doctor first. If it is anemia, they can recommend ways to get more iron in your diet and you may indeed need to take some iron supplements. I'd check it out first, because bruising super easily could mean a lot of things.

*sings the beans song*
"beans, beans, are good for your heart, the more you eat, the more you fart, the more you fart the better you feel, so eat beans at every meal"

It could also be a problem with your clotting factor.
Go and see a doctor about this as they are the only ones who can tell you for sure.
