I think it would be really awsome if we could have music for our profile. All anyone has to do is upload their own music!

i think that could cause issues with copyright
aand could get annoying if your listening to your own music and have that pop up playing when you look on someones profile

You could just open iTunes and listen to music while your on vt. This isn't myspace dude.

I think there is a plugin for that one site, last FM? I'm not sure of the name, but there is a plugin im pretty sure i've seen it on other forums ;)

Well it would be on a player and you would have to push play in order to play it


Edit: The reason is because people could hear others favorite song

Sorry, but I don't see this happening any time soon. It's not MySpace, it's a forum. If you want to listen to music while on VT, then just get your MP3 player out or open iTunes and listen to that. Simple right? Plus, it would infringe on copyrights. We don't hold the copyrights to any of the songs and posting them will be a huge issue. Plus it can waste bandwidth.

No, I don't think that would work. As Calum said, it would cause copyright issues, and it would make me think of Myspace, which I hate.

It's not like we have anythin against you. The site is already a bit social networky anyway. Plus, huge copyright infringements would take place. We have no right to post the music, so why add the feature?

And if you want something done use the REPORT FUNCTION
