If you eat things such as fruit it'll make your sperm taste sweeter but if you eat things such as onions, meat, etc It'll make it taste saltier.

That's why vegetarians (apparently) have better tasting cum.

I think it's got something to do with the sugar quantity in your diet, e.g if you eat more sweets than it wil change sweeter.
I don't really know, but it makes sense.
