It is located inside your anus. You should be able to reach it by pressing forward on the inside of your anus about 3" to 4"inside your anus.

Yep. I know the other person came off a bit rude maybe? But googling for an image of the male human body might actually help you to locate the exact location!

That ^^ is the only correct answer so far I believe. The prostate is not located up your arse. If your trying to reach it for stimulation then yes thats the route to get at it, but the prostate itself is above the rectum, not in it.
