After my first post "i'm not sure what this is" I have this to add to it. Today I hadn't realy eaten much, some crackers and a slice of chicken. But we went out for a meal tonight, I didn't really eat loads, just a normal amount. I felt concious that people were watching me eat, I dunno why. But now i'm home, i feel really guilty that i've ate. I just want to sick it all back up, i won't but i want it out my body. What is this!

Okay, you shouldn't feel guilty about eating. We all eat, if you want to keep track of what you're eating so you remain a healthy weight then that is normal. You have to make sure you stay healthy, and not worry about this kind of stuff. Eat like a normal person and stop thinking that something is wrong and you'll get through it. :) PM me if you need anything.

Thanks. It's just i've never felt guilty about eating. Even in my post before about this, it just said that idon't want to eat much anymore, and i don't like my weight. But i've NEVER felt guilty about eating. Thats why i just thought it was a bit wierd.

It's the little things that can trigger potential eating disorders to evolve in to something dangerous.

When you get thoughts like this about eating, you need to take a step back and think things through. You need to take control before it takes control over you.

Thanks very much :) It's just daily things now, today i hate some crackers with tomatos and cheese, and i felt so awful that i ate them. I actually went to the bathroom, ready to be sick, but something stopped me. I don't like this, part of me wants to eat and another part doesn't.

If you eat a normal amount of food there is no reason to be guilty. We all need food to survive, and you're just like everyone else. Who cares if people are watching you. Chances are they aren't, and if they are they're creepy and have nothing else better to do.
