Hey,
OK so I've been studying health in school, and I read that increased levels of testosterone are supposed to facilitate increased muscle mass. In my past four years or so of puberty, I have had almost no noticeable muscle increase. I'm 16 now, so is there still a chance of this happening in the next couple years, or should that stage of puberty be over by now?
I can't help but wonder, because I'm tall (5'11") and I have broad shoulders, but my build is like that of a young boy who's not even close to puberty.

Everyone grows at a different weight. Some of it has to do with your genetic makeup... as in, how your parents physique is, and whatnot. The rest has to do with your lifestyle. If you're physically active, you're going to build more muscle mass than someone who isn't, but you are only 16, and you have at least until age 21 to fully develop into an adult male, so you will for sure gain some more muscle mass. I can't exactly tell you how much you will grow, but you're not going to be completely bleak and prepubescent forever.

you are not just going to magically gain muscle you have to work for it that is why you look like a scronny third grader, most muscle doesn't come naturally people who have muscles work hard for it, getting muscle takes a lot of dedication and time
