small bumps on glans

i dont think theyre anythign to worry about, but i have these REALLYT small bumps that look like reeeeally tiny skin tags on the top of my glans. they arent really noticeable, unless i put it up to the light or something...

Sounds a bit like fordyce spots (tiny knots of harmless fat under the skin). Nothing to worry about.

They are just pearly penile papules. They are perfectly normal and surprisingly common, I have them as well.
